Our Objectives

• Women’s equal participation in rural local self-governance (Panchayati Raj Institutions)
• Social Mobilization, Institutional Development & Social Entrepreneurship in the community through Nari Jagaran Committees/Samities
• Economic entrepreneurs of the members of the Nari Jagaran Committees
• Children’s Autonomy & Leadership to promote child rights, gender equality and child protection
• Youth mobilization (girls, boys and men) and leadership to encourage them to emerge as gender sensitive and inclusive leaders in their communities
• Strengthening the Eco-system (Gram Panchayat, village level institutions like VLCPCs, SHG etc) to become gender responsive and inclusive
• Strengthening Community Resilience to withstand and bounce back from natural calamities and pandemics
